Performance Guarantee

The Promise

When you start with Goldbar Staffing on an eligible plan and sign a Performance Guarantee Addendum, we promise that your assistant will create at least $2,500 of measurable value in your first 30 days. If they don't — and you have met every condition below — your assistant continues working at no additional charge until that value is reached, up to the capped period described in your Addendum.

This page explains the guarantee. It is governed by binding written terms (your Performance Guarantee Addendum and our Terms of Service), which control if anything here differs. The guarantee applies only where Goldbar has offered it to you in writing. It is personal to you, non-transferable, and available once per engagement.

How Value Is Measured ("Qualifying Value")

"Value" means measurable internal operational value your assistant creates during the first 30 days, recorded in the Goldy.AI Impact feature. It includes only:

  • Time Saved — hours of your or your team's time the assistant removes, multiplied by your agreed hourly rate (default $250/hour). Example: 10 hours saved × $250 = $2,500.
  • Software Replaced — documented recurring costs of tools or subscriptions the assistant makes unnecessary
  • Leads Captured — leads the assistant captures, organizes, or recovers, valued at $250 per qualifying lead
  • Systems Built — SOPs, playbooks, workflows, or operating systems the assistant builds
  • Cost Reduced — other documented costs the assistant eliminates or reduces

Goldbar measures and logs Qualifying Value and determines in good faith whether the $2,500 threshold has been met. Goldbar's determination is final and binding absent manifest error or fraud. Qualifying Value is an operational measure only — it is NOT revenue, profit, sales, commissions, or any financial or business outcome.

What You Must Do — 12 Conditions

The guarantee applies only if you satisfy all twelve of the following during the first 30 days. These are conditions precedent — failure to meet any one voids the guarantee:

  1. Complete assigned onboarding/kickoff within the first 7 days
  2. Provide all logins, tools, and access within 3 business days of request and keep that access active
  3. Maintain a single designated point of contact reasonably reachable during agreed working hours
  4. Respond to your assistant within 1 business day on the agreed channel
  5. Be reasonably available for scheduled onboarding, SOP-building, and systems sessions
  6. Review, approve, or provide feedback on assistant work within 2 business days
  7. Give clear, lawful task direction and enough work — don't leave the assistant idle
  8. Keep tasks within the agreed scope and don't redirect to out-of-scope or low-value work
  9. Provide and pay for any third-party tools the assistant reasonably needs
  10. Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  11. Confirm value inputs (hours saved, tools replaced, leads, systems) within 2 business days of request
  12. Keep all fees current, don't initiate a chargeback, and don't solicit or hire the assistant outside Goldbar

What the Guarantee Does NOT Cover

The guarantee does not include any promise of:

  • Revenue, profit, income, sales, commissions, or closed real estate transactions
  • Lead quality, conversion rates, appointment outcomes, or marketing performance
  • Results that depend on your business model, market conditions, pricing, or brand
  • Outcomes affected by third-party tools, platform downtime, or events outside our control
  • Your own compliance, licensing, brokerage, advertising, or employment obligations

THE GUARANTEE IS NOT A REFUND GUARANTEE, MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE, RESULTS GUARANTEE, OR EARNINGS GUARANTEE.

The Only Remedy

If the value threshold isn't reached in 30 days and you've met all twelve conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is continued assistant work at no additional charge until cumulative Qualifying Value reaches $2,500. This continues until the earlier of (a) the threshold being reached, or (b) 30 additional days (the "Remedy Cap Period").

No refunds. Goldbar will not provide any refund, credit, cash payment, or fee reduction. The guarantee does not increase Goldbar's liability beyond the limits in our Terms of Service.

One Time, First 30 Days Only

The guarantee applies only to your first 30 days and is fully satisfied once cumulative Qualifying Value first reaches $2,500. Goldbar has no obligation to create or maintain $2,500 — or any amount — of value in any later month. Your fees remain fully due even if the value in a later month is lower or zero. There is no recurring guarantee, monthly minimum, true-up, or refund based on value after the first 30 days.

When the Guarantee Ends Immediately

The guarantee terminates immediately if you: (a) fail any condition and don't cure it within 3 business days of notice; (b) terminate the engagement or stop providing work; (c) are past due on any payment or initiate a chargeback; (d) solicit, hire, or engage the assistant or other Goldbar personnel outside Goldbar; (e) breach our Terms of Service; or (f) provide false information affecting value measurement.
